per month in the first year of training
All Schwarz Produktion trainees receive an attractive salary exceeding the rates governed by collective agreements.
First year of training: 1,000 euros per month, second year of training: 1,100 euros per month, third year of training: 1,250 euros per month, fourth year of training: 1,300 euros per month. We are sending a clear signal of our commitment to fair and appreciative framework conditions in producing companies.
