Compliance guides our actions in everything we do. That is why we advocate respect for human rights and environmental standards both in our companies of Schwarz Produktion and along our global supply chains.
SHARED COMMITMENT
We operate a Compliance Management System in order to meet our corporate due diligence obligation. The CMS enables our employees, customers, suppliers and business partners to act in line with uniform and binding structures, and to report compliance breaches. Our published Human Rights Policy Statement and Business Partners’ Code of Conduct also form an essential foundation.
We are aware of our responsibility to respect human rights and comply with environmental standards. We work every day with our employees, all companies of Schwarz Group, suppliers and business partners to respect and reinforce social and environmental standards in our global supply chains, to prevent violations and take appropriate action where necessary.

Online reporting system
The online reporting system is an Internet-based application and can be accessed from any Internet-enabled device. Reports can be submitted anonymously 24/7 from anywhere in the world. All reports are of course treated securely and in confidence. Select the type of violation (human rights or environmental) to report. The procedure for processing reports is governed by our rules of procedure.

Corporate Responsibility for Human Rights and Environmental Protection
As part of a responsible group of companies, we affirm our compliance with clear and binding principles in all areas of our business activity. We require our business partners to comply with clearly defined social and environmental standards through our joint Business Partners’ Code of Conduct. The companies of Schwarz Group have also agreed on a shared commitment to respect human rights and environmental standards. On this basis, Schwarz Produktion has published its own policy statement.

Training for Business Partners
To ensure that our expectations regarding corporate due diligence obligations are also implemented in our supply chains, we recommend that our business partners familiarise themselves with environmental and social standards.
