PRACTICAL LEARNING

A key element in expanding employee skills is Schwarz Produktion’s practical learning facilities. The Schwarz Produktion Academy serves as the internal training and professional development center for all employees. In addition, we have been operating a modern training workshop at our Übach-Palenberg site since 2021. Here, apprentices receive thorough, hands-on training for roles such as electronics technician (f/m/d) for industrial engineering (f/m/d), mechatronics technician (f/m/d), or industrial mechanic (f/m/d).

PREVENTION AND HEALTH PROTECTION

Through targeted safety measures such as Lockout-Tagout and regular training, we actively prevent workplace accidents. As a result, we reduced the average rate of reportable workplace accidents per million hours worked across the companies of Schwarz Produktion by 53% from 2017 to 2025. Our occupational health management promotes employee well-being, offering everything from fitness partnerships and health courses to in-house company restaurants. In this way, we create an environment that supports health and performance in the long term.

FOCUS ON WORKING TOGETHER

At the end of 2025, we signed the Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter) committing ourselves—both today and in the future—to a respectful, fair, and unbiased working environment. Charta der Vielfalt e. V. is Germany’s largest employer initiative for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The initiative advocates for a working world in which every talent is valued, regardless of age, ethnic background, nationality, gender identity, religion, social origin, or physical and mental abilities.
